Tell us a bit about yourself?
I’m a 30 year old who loves to have a chat and is always up for a laugh. I work as a dentist and I am part owner of Plaza Dental Care where I spend most of my time so I enjoy ending my day with a workout.
When did you start Crossfit?
I started in October 2013. Jodie kept telling me to give it a go and told me I would love it, she was right and I wish I had started sooner!

You never finish a workout regretting it so always give it a go and just keep working on being the best you can be, and most importantly have fun.
Something you might not know about me is?
I plan to get a private pilot’s licence at some stage, I have always been keen on aviation and it’s just something I want to do!

50 double unders
40 power cleans 40/30kg
30 Kettlebell Swings 24/16kg
20 Sit ups
10 Deadlifts 100kg/70kg
One partner does a 200m run while the other does burpees
