Introduction to CrossFit (Foundations) Course
We make sure our members are well educated and equipped to get the most out of each workout, and to minimize injury.
The 3 session Foundations course is designed to teach you the basic movements in a small group or one on one. In order for you to increase your work load in the gym, you need to be moving efficiently, safely and have a good understanding of the different techniques.

Personal (1-on-1) – $250
We run the group Foundations course at the start of every month, and arrange days and times that suit you best with our 1-on-1 option!
