7:00PM INTRODUCTION TO CROSSFIT COURSE (JANUARY 2018)

Our 7:00pm Introduction to CrossFit course will teach CrossFit methods, safe movement patterns and correct technique over the second week in January. The course is $99 and the dates are as follows,

Monday 8th January 2018 – 7:00pm till 8:00pm
Wednesday 10th January 2018 – 7:00pm till 8:00pm
Friday 12th January 2018 – 7:00pm till 8:00pm

Attending all dates is necessary to begin training in our regular CrossFit classes, on competition of the 3 sessions you will have access to an additional 3 sessions of CrossFit classes. Please contact our reception staff if you cannot attend all days to arrange alternative times (subject to availability).
