Ingredients

2 cups of rolled oats

2 mashed banana’s (ripe)

1-2 tbs rice malt syrup

2 tbs melted coconut oil (butter can be used as well)

1/2 cup of chopped almonds

1/4 cup shredded coconut (i don’t always add this in, depending on my mood)

other options you can add:-

granulated peanuts/peanut butter

dried fruit (be careful what dried fruit you add and how much)

grated apple
-
dark choc chips/carob chocolate/sugar free dark choc

Mix everything together. Let the mixture sit there for 10-15 mins, then mould into cookie shape and cook until golden brown
These are great for breakfast on the run with some yoghurt or even a snack during the day and are a great snack for the little ones as well
