This year we welcome a new member Oliver, from the day he started he showed dedication to his health and fitness and has shown great improvement from the start of the year.
He is a regular in our morning classes.

A: the variety people and coaches
Q: How would you describe the community at Proficient?
A: awesome
Q: What advice do you have for someone who is intimidated by group fitness?
A: Try different group fitness organisations as they are all different
Q: Favourite music to sweat to?
A: Rock, alternative love 90’s music
Q: Least favourite music to sweat to?
A: soul, slow stuff

A: all shoulder and arms

A: Front squat

A: They all motivate me to be better

Q: What fitness-related goals do you have for 2022?
A: Loosing weight toning up and getting fitter

A: Not great but getting better.

A: From South Africa originally love riding motorcycles and love outdoors.
