Meet Zach, our March member of the month! Since day one of joining our Proficient team, he was dedicated and focused on his goals. Along the way, he has had some bumps in the road with knee injuries but that made him more determined. Each session he comes in to give it his all.

Q: What is your favourite thing about being a Proficient athlete?
A: The stress relief and feeling good with yourself
Q: How would you describe the community at Proficient?
A: supportive, encouraging and uplifting
Q: What advice do you have for someone who is intimidated by group fitness?
A: Just do it, what do you have to lose? You will find the other members will help you, they want you to succeed in your goals aswell.

A: Rock

A: Pop

A: Deadlifts

A: The whole community motivates me

Q: What’s your background story outside of Proficient?
A: Grew up in Melbourne. Moved to Adelaide mid 2020 for work just before Melbourne went into their big lockdown.
