He is one of our OG’s. He knows the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle as he works in the medical industry.
We ask him some questions about her journey so far.
Q: How long have you been a member at Proficient?
A: Since a couple of months after CFP opened.
Q: What is your favourite thing about being a Proficient athlete?
A: getting fitter & exercising with lovely people & the community
Q: How would you describe the community at Proficient?
A: Fantastic
Q: What advice do you have for someone who is intimidated by group fitness?
A: turn up and give it a go. We don’t bite.

A: half of Bianca’s playlist. (ONLY JOKING) its improved heeps.
Q: Favourite movement/workout?
A: Burpees, deadlifts and anything running.

A: assault bike!!!

A: John

Q: What fitness-related goals do you have for 2022?
A: to get to the gym. It’s hard juggling family, work and Uni
Q: Describe your athletic abilities in five words or less.
A: too quick out the gate
Q: What’s your background story outside of Proficient?
A: I’m a Dad, husband and a Nurse. When I was younger I did a lot of Rock climbing then started riding road bikes I got really into that and then started CrossFit to try something different.
