Q: How long have you been a member at Proficient?
A: 1 year & 3 months now
Q: What is your favourite thing about being a Proficient athlete?
A: getting fitter & exercising with lovely people & the community👍🏻 And the occasional events we have at the gym🤩
Q: How would you describe the community at Proficient?
A: Friendly, competitive, kind & welcoming 🙂
Q: What advice do you have for someone who is intimidated by group fitness?
A: JUST DO IT!!! No regrets👍🏻

A: to do 1 strict pull up & 1 HSPU😂

Q: What’s your background story outside of Proficient?
A: I’m from South Korea, I’m a physio and I hope to study medicine in the future. I also love my dog. His name is Lui. He is 13.5 years old and now blind but I walk him everyday and he is very healthy🐕
